About OMNI Tahoe
Welcome to OMNI, a leading hot yoga and fitness center located in South Tahoe. We offer a thoughtfully designed environment dedicated to enhancing your well-being through a variety of classes and services.
OMNI features two distinct studios: the Solar Studio, an 800-square-foot infrared heated space, and the Lunar Studio, which spans 650 square feet and offers dance, fitness, and aerial classes, including those from Tahoe Pole Arte. Our entryway hub serves as a space for relaxation before and after classes, along with a retail section to meet your yoga and fitness needs.
With over 40 classes available each week, we provide a wide range of options, including yoga, sculpt, barre in the heated, Solar studio + all levels yoga, aerial hammock and burlesque-style dance in the non-heated, Lunar Studio. Additionally, OMNI is home to an in-house Ayurvedic practitioner, Melinda Reece of Sattva Wellness who is available for bookings.
We’re excited to announce the expansion of OMNI Tahoe into a full wellness hub with the launch of OMNI Fitness — a brand-new 1,300 sq. ft. gym space opening May, 2025. This new addition includes upgraded locker rooms with showers and a coed steam room, plus a full schedule of daily fitness classes led by South Lake’s own Dylan Thomas. Expect the return of his popular Barbell Club sessions, along with TRX, LIT workouts, and expanded open gym hours. All current OMNI members will have full access to OMNI Fitness and its amenities. New fitness-specific passes will also be available for those focused on strength and gym training. Drop-ins are always welcome. Whether you're here to flow or lift, OMNI is your space to grow stronger, together.
