Greedy Fee-Driven Service – Not Recommended
You have to pay to issue a card. You have to pay to delete a card. They charge high currency conversion fees. The real problem is that many transactions are rejected without any clear reason, and yet they charge around $0.50 for every rejected transaction. You literally pay money for failed payments. Everything is monetized. Fees on almost every action, no transparency, and a very frustrating user experience. I do not recommend this service at all.
