Brick's mission is to create a meaningful and long-term well-being and training tool for the user, where through motivation we will create curiosity and give inspiration and so that talents and mature athletes can ensure or improve their physical and mental well-being in order to perform better.
In Bricks, through your daily reports in areas such as mental load, sleep, fluid balance, training load, dietary habits and much more, you will get live feedback on what your current status looks like. Through our knowledge library, you will be informed and educated in the important areas of physical, mental and nutrition.
Our goal is that throughout your career using Bricks you will be educated in all facets of performing. With the end goal that you can make your own decisions based on the knowledge you have gained, instead of getting a message from your trainer and you just obey.
We want to create a tool where you can reflect on how you feel. Do you have body aches? Are you extra or recurring soreness in the same place? Do you feel good about what you eat? Do you not perform as you want when you get your period? Are you mentally balanced before a match or tournament? You will be asked many questions and go through many scenarios throughout your career, and when you reflect on particular areas, we will give you the specific knowledge and guidance you are looking for in your individual situation to increase your knowledge about the physical, mental and nutritional areas. That way, you will take more and more ownership and control over your own development and success.
