I’m a 14 year old girl with anxiety, and this app is so easy to use. I don’t have premium, but even with out it, I love this app. I use it often, and find it helpful. It’s like someone who is always there for me, who will give advice. I love this app and recommend it to anyone with anxiety, ptsd, or other mental health issues, or anyone else who needs someone to talk to who won’t judge.
