App Glitches and Money Disappears
Had this account for several years. The functionality is super basic, if I lock my card, the app freezes up and I have to call them to unlock my card. Most recently I tried to transfer $2410 from my spending account to my savings account and there was an error. However, my money was still taken out of my spending account but not put into savings. I’ve called and spent countless hours on the phone and can’t get anybody to help me fix it, other than say it’s escalated…cool. It’s a simple fix any bank could just do manually review, but not here. My money is just gone. Beware!!
