About CourageZone App

We humans constantly face stress and challenges throughout our lives. They occur during every stage of life and can express themselves in different areas. For example, we are confronted with a breakup, burnout or a bore-out. Sometimes the challenge is small and we can cope in this short time. Other challenges can occupy us for many years. Each challenge tests you (literally: challenges you) to get out of your comfort zone. When we passively respond to our challenge, we usually get no further. We continue to feel like victims of circumstances, persist in the belief that everything will work itself out and suppress uncomfortable feelings when they arise.
However, staying in the comfort zone is not a natural position. We lose our self-confidence, become anxious and this prevents us from growing personally.
In that respect we can take an example from the lobster. This animal does deal with stress in a very special way. As a lobster grows, after a while its shell starts to feel uncomfortable, like an armor that is too tight. This causes the lobster to become stressed. The stress, however, is an internal alarm clock for the lobster to deal with change. It retreats under a rock, sheds its armor and forms a new, larger shell. Until that new shell also starts to squeeze, the lobster starts to feel uncomfortable again and he has to hide under a rock for a while to free himself. This activity repeats throughout its growth process. So the incentive for the lobster to grow is that it doesn't feel comfortable.
The way a lobster handles stress is a mirror to us. When we crawl out of our shell (read: comfort zone), we will grow automatically. Each in his or her own way. It starts with a courageous attitude that shows that you don't let uncomfortable feelings trap you, but instead use the stress as a catalyst for personal growth.
And it is certainly good to realize that you are not alone. We all face challenges. Just not always at the same time and in the same areas. It is precisely for this reason that it is not always possible to share our thoughts with our own network. Of course they can support us, but actually inspiring us is another story.
CourageZone (CZone) is the place where you can get started with your challenge. Here you can find coaches who inspire you and help you with your own growth process. In addition, you can also find fellow sufferers who are facing a similar challenge as you. You can find mutual recognition in each other and stimulate each other in this fascinating learning process.
