This is a gear ratio calculation application for bicycles with external gearboxes such as road and MTB.
It creates speed-cadence and gear ratio graphs from 22 different chainwheel, 39 different sprocket, and 70 different tire combinations.
By turning on and off the display for each gear in the outer center and inner center, you can simulate the optimum gear ratio.
This is ideal for helping cyclists who are dissatisfied with their current gear ratios to select replacement parts.
-------------------
The app simulates gear ratios with five graphs.
[km/h RPM]
[mph RPM]
[m/s RPM].
The graph is created with speed (km/h mph m/s) on the vertical axis and cadence (RPM) on the horizontal axis.
This graph can be used to display the speeds that vary with crank rpm for each gear position,
You can simulate the combination of parts while checking the graph for the gear ratio that matches the desired speed range.
[Gear Ratio]
Calculates and displays the gear ratio for each position of the selected chainwheel and sprocket.
If the distance between the points on the graph is too far, the load on the rider's legs when shifting gears will be greater, and if they are too close, the load on the legs will be less.
[Gain Ratio]
Calculates and displays the distance traveled per crank revolution for each position of the chainwheel and sprocket.
-------------------
Data for chainwheel, sprocket, and tire will be added as needed.
