Transaction History
I have been using the HDFC Digital Rupee app, but my experience has been disappointing. The app has not shown my transaction history for the past six months, which is a critical feature for any financial platform. Despite repeatedly emailing customer support, I have not received any response or resolution. This lack of responsiveness and transparency is unacceptable. I expect HDFC, being a reputed bank, to address these issues promptly and provide better customer service.
