Hey Lemonade High is the stress and motivation app designed for schools to quickly deal with modern problems in a practical, solution-focussed way.
Proudly funded by the NSW Government, Hey Lemonade High aims to better support Australian teens by tackling smaller mental health issues before they become bigger. We achieve this through offering hundreds of 3-minute, evidence-based pep talks to help users manage everyday stress, increase confidence and build resilience via solution-focussed therapy.
Talks are used as stress and motivation interventions for in the moment issues; or as pre-emptive confidence and perspective builders to develop capabilities over time through increasing users' resilience. Talks have been developed to respond to students' unique set of needs including: managing bullying, social media, self esteem, school pressure and relationships to name a few.
We all need support at times; Hey Lemonade High focuses on infiltrating existing barriers by answering students' calls for technology-driven, independently-accessible, private, bite-sized support. It is there to help calm you down and shift perspective so you can keep going with your day so no matter where you are coming from, be it your best, worst or most in-between day, if you hang out with us for 3 minutes, your day will be better!

GROUNDED IN SCIENCE
All talks are guided by experts, passed through our in house psychologists and grounded in evidence from solution-focussed therapy. Hey Lemonade has been tested by the CSIRO and proven to generate positive health outcomes for the mood, stress, and emotional wellbeing of participants including increased calmness and vitality and a decrease in perceptions of daily hassles. Science and pep talks, together at last!

All talks are offered in at least 3 different voice options so you can find the tone to suit how you need to hear your support. Voices include a range of trusted, high-profile Australians all waiting to tell you in many and varied ways, ‘You’ve got this!’

Pep talks address a range of specific everyday stresses. From school pressure, relationship problems, managing big emotions to talks that get you focused and motivated, our talks have been written for a wide range of situations including a Gee up for an exam; When your friends are talking about you behind your back; When you’ve made a mistake; When you feel gross in everything you wear; Backing yourself; Can’t stop scrolling; When you’re being bullied; You didn’t get the results you wanted; as well as when you need a Chill morning high five or even a goodnight pep. Each pep has been crafted to offer a new perspective on 100s of everyday stressful situations and leave students more resilient to deal with the stress at hand.

All peps are written by our team of straight shootin’, funny, compassionate, award-winning, creative writers without the woo woo. They take the theory from our psychologists, then craft the ideal talk with a balance of science, perspective and humour.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
