Exactly What I Needed to Start Running Again

I found Push Training on TikTok and figured I’d give it a shot. I’m a former 5K-er getting back into running after a loooong post-Covid break, and it’s been a surprisingly good fit! The workouts are beginner-friendly without putting me in the kiddie lane, and the pacing cues keep me from slacking off while also not feeling too overwhelmed. There’s also an Ask Push feature where you can pop in after a workout and say, “I just finished ___ workout. What do you recommend next?” It’s simple but super helpful when you don’t feel like thinking. I’d love to see versions for the elliptical and stair machine because this format would translate perfectly. Overall, it’s been an easy, no-drama way to get back into a running groove.

Wow

I had low expectations for this app! But I’m blown away this is just what I needed. Its fun but just hard enough I feel empowered and exhausted but all in best way. If you need motivation and want a real push download it! I’m so glad I did.
