It appeared that some one had been here before, and had met with misfortune. Fun game but progress has been halted because game is incomplete
I’ve been playing this game daily for several months and have enjoyed it. It’s challenging yet simple at the same time. It’s 100% worth paying to remove the ads permanently. However, before you decide to give these devs any money, know that you currently can’t progress past the third island. I spent so much time fighting pirates to get those 500 map pieces. Finally, the day came when I was ready to move to the fourth island. I tapped on the map icon, and there was a blinking green arrow pointing down to unlock it and when I did, nothing happened. I thought maybe I didn’t tap it right or my game froze, so I closed out the app and tried again. Nope, still nothing. I did some searching about this issue and found that people have been waiting at least 2 YEARS to move to the fourth island. I did some more digging to find contact info for the developers since you can’t contact support in game, and they wrote me back saying that the fourth island has not yet been completed and to stay tuned. I find this to be completely unacceptable. I understand that things take time, but they have been collecting money from players for years without new content. Apart from that major frustration, I also want to note some bugs that occur frequently. As others have mentioned, sometimes it will show no workers assigned to a building but it won’t let you add any or take any away. Sometimes when I’m constructing a new building, the workers will run to the furthest possible wood storage building even though the one right next to where I’m building has plenty. In the Leviathan event, sometimes two workers will be standing on one of the crossbows even though it shows only one assigned. You tap the minus button and one person will run off while the other is still there. This makes knowing how many people you have available frustrating. Also in that same event, oftentimes it will show my buildings being destroyed by pirates or sea creatures before they even come out of the water. If the devs respond to this, please don’t give me your cookie cutter response. People have spent a lot of time and money on this game and deserve some answers.

Text super tiny. People keep starving and have plenty of food. Resources don’t accumulate when you aren’t on the game
