Needs better flexibility in using the app. Needs the opportunity to transfer to an outside bank account. And I don’t think it’s an option.

Getting things done is a chore
Although I have a great friendship with a few of the bank employees, I am having difficulty getting a reasonable limit that other banks have responded with readily.
