New Updates Ruined It
I started using Brite after their team came to my university and gave us flyers. It was great at first, but since recent updates it has gone seriously downhill. Daily questions are now written by a janky AI that gives basically the same questions every day, ruining the fun of the questions. Instead of enjoying answering the questions, it became a chore answering the same things every single day. Also, due to the latest update, I am unable to verify my account and get in due to errors. I lost my 100+ day streak and can’t even contact anyone for support. Not to mention I don’t even get my earned gift cards half the time and support is rarely any help. The daily wheel spin almost always gives you the least amount of points, too. Overall, with unreliability and AI slop being implemented, a perfectly good app was ruined, and I will be deleting it and not looking back unless they fix it (and allow me to access my account).
