CREATE COMPREHENSIVE WORKOUTS
You can create all types of workouts in Workout Bakery. You can choose from 
- signle goal workouts (run 10 miles) 
- pacer workouts (run 10 miles under 90 minutes) 
- swim-bike-run workouts (swim 1 mile, ride 25 miles, run 5 miles) 
- or you can create your own workout with alerts and many options to customize (warmup 10 minutes, run 500 metres 8-10mph, run 300 metres 6-8 mph, repeat 5 times, cooldown 10 minutes)

START OR SCHEDULE
Once you have created a workout you can send it to your Apple Watch and start workout immediately or you can schedule workouts for later
