About Train With Cass
Train with confidence in the gym with Train With Cass (TWC). Head Coach and Founder, Cass Olholm has created structured progressive training programs to help you achieve your performance-based fitness goals.
Choose a style of training that you enjoy, TWC has programs including:
• Strength
• Strength & Conditioning
• HIIT (High-intensity interval training)
All TWC programs have been designed to help you:
• Train more efficiently
• Improve cardiovascular capacity
• Improve mobility and range of movement; and
• Become proficient at complex movements such as Olympic lifts.
TWC has on demand sessions so you can add variety to your training, outside of your structured programming. On demand training categories include:
• Mobility
• High Intensity
• Strength
• Bodyweight Only
• Express / Finishers
• WODs
• Partnered WODs
TWC’s features make it easy for you to stay accountable and incrementally improve your training skills to ensure you are always making progress towards your goals. Features include:
• Easy to follow exercise video demonstrations to ensure you have correct form
• Written exercise instructions so you can learn the correct way to execute movements
• Weekly calendar planner to schedule your workouts
• Exercise substitutions to tailor exercises to your fitness capability (progressions, regressions and bodyweight only options)
• Library of long-form video tutorials to help you gain new training skills and knowledge
• Ability to track the weights you are lifting so you can keep track of your progress
