The Yoga Mix

The Yoga Mix is a welcoming yoga community with two studios serving both Maryville/Alcoa and Lenoir City. We offer a mix of Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates classes and more. We pride ourselves in offering top-notch hands-on instruction with the area's most welcoming and qualified instructors!
