Don’t Use 4Change for Electricity!!!
They “upgraded” their system so you can no longer see daily or weekly usage to track your electricity usage. Literally need to track it on the meter. Absolute garbage can of a company. Biggest Downgrade in service possible. STAY AWAY at all costs. I will be switching providers soon unless they revert this feature.
Phone is terrible
I can never used the phone app. It denies my login every time, so I used the app on my laptop. Need this fixed!

New update is a downgrade
The app was perfect before. I was able to see energy spent per cycle, month, week or day. The only option now is per month which is extremely unhelpful. I have no clue why they would make this update unless it’s to keep users in the dark about their actual current use.
Sneaky update
Since 4Change did an update on the app you can no longer track your usage accordingly to make you stay within budget. What a sneaky way for them to make sure they can over charge for electricity usage. I won’t be using them next time around if they don’t fix this.
Turns off autopay
This app is useless. I had a late payment because my autopay was randomly turned off. Then when I tried to readd the autopay it failed. This is an absolutely shady business practice trying to make money off late fees. Completely unethical.
A downgrade
They removed the feature that showed daily usage and temperatures.
Now it’s a less helpful “monthly” total even though the pay cycle straddles months.
They took a useful, helpful data tool and downgraded it in every way possible.
Bad update
You can no longer see your daily usage! The new update took days and it’s completely useless. The last app wasn’t even that bad, not sure why they made so many changes. Very disappointed!
La update esta horrible
La aplicación anterior era mucho mejor, era la razón principal por la que tenia este servicio. Ya no te deja mirar cuanto haz consumido, cuando termine mi contrato definitivamente iré con otra compañía.
Unable to login
Unable to get into the app in about a week. Able to login through a browser but not through the app.
