Constant Crashing Prevents Use of the App Entirely
The app won’t stop crashing upon using very basic features/functions of the app. Consistent crashes occur when I: • Went to Settings > Passcode and attempted to change any settings. • Attempted to activate the “Face Down” lock feature. • Deviated from the app using iPhone’s app switcher (the function that occurs when hitting “home” twice or swiping up from the bottom of phone) I’ve had to delete and redownload the app 3 separate times within five minutes because once the app crashes, every attempt to reopen simply causes the app to then immediately crash. This prevents me from being able to use the app whatsoever. (happy to change star rating once fixed! 👍🏼)
