The app is trash and not made for pass holders. It’s an exclusive pass for people who own property at the resort. The resort has no real app for mountain conditions or trail maps.

I just wanted a trail map
This app confuses me. I just wanted a trail map and resort services for my day on the slopes. I am not a Sugar Bowl pass holder, but I have an account and the app tells me my login and password are wrong every time. I don’t see why I need to log in to see the trail map.
