App needs work

1. App is very glitchy and does not work smoothly. I cannot even register my product for warranty because the app doesn’t have the selectors filled out for country and state, and continually crashes. 2. I shouldn’t have to log in every single time I open the app. Should stay logged in or atleast allow face recognition from the device. 3. Really would like a log of historical data for power usage with time stamps! A numbered graph or something of the sort to show what my usage looks like over time would be great! Great product, amazing idea, just need to smooth things out and add some features I’ve seen others request.

Getting better all the time!

I have 3 of these devices in service. Lots of improvements have been made recently, but one need remains . . . Please add an option for the devices to be re-ordered in the app. The first device of three is on bottom, but it’s most important, and needs to be on top. Thx.
