Worked one time

Sent bag in had chat with cobbler. My bag was finished, opened pics and went to approve it and now all I get is a blank screen I don’t know if my payment went through or what’s going on now. The app is terrible and tried doing another quote and it freezes and glitches. Makes me not want to do business again.

App needs update

App seems a bit clunky. Should be updated. Bag was restored nicely though

this company and The Cobblers is a scam. Sent items that never got returned. Check their BBB reviews.

Just ok

App will allow you to connect and chat with artisans as well as receive quotes from them, but as others have said, when you try to check on the order status the screen is blank. I saw pictures of my shoe restoration one time and have been met with a blank screen since. Not very good at all.
