Not getting client messages
I want to love this. I need to love this because I need to be able to use this app/feature, so does my growing team. But between my clients not getting the messages and us not getting messages from them, this is turning out to be just an extremely expensive and inconvenient app that has just caused me , my team and clients to be overwhelmed and frustrated.

Update to the update
They have made improvements and took my feedback seriously, at first. But when I ran into another issue with video proof they did not take into consideration and only blamed it on cellphone carriers. I rarely get notifications for messages. Recently I’ve had messages not even go through or get sent out of order, causing confusion for clients. I’m going to drop the service soon but now even that is creating a new project to switch to a new phone number. Such a headache!
