The advertisement online is a lie
Bought the bike under the assumption the lcd screen I got and that shows it would lock thru the app would lock once connected. I’ve emailed them a few times and they’ve done a run around about how the app isn’t up to date or it’s a feature they’re working on and the models or screens being sent out in 2025 would be allowed to lock. Had to spend extra money like they recommended me to because of this issue (after I bought the bike under assumption it locked in the app)

Well, the concept seems great. The actual bike is OK going 1.5 miles from a full charge only to receive 74% battery when this is rated to up to 40+ miles not as advertised with pedal assist tried emailing them, but the email keeps failing. Like barely gets 28 miles an hour as advertised only in small spurts does it ever get that but it lasts only a few seconds thinking about going with third-party batteries if no one seems to answer my emails, so maybe I could get this thing to go a lot faster and a lot longer and distance without battery drain.
