“Your Apple ID is unavailable to sign in” Such a shame! This could have been a great app

I cant even sign in or create an account because every time it verifies my apple ID it says my apple sign in is unavailable when it works just fine with any other app… I even tried taking apple ID off and resigning in with it on this app and continuously says the same thing.
