Not very useful and a data hog
The main feature one wants to use is the map to navigate the park, but it is poorly designed for that purpose. Worse, after visiting I got a notice that I had exceeded my data limit on the phone. Investigation revealed that this app was the culprit. An app should not use more than 1GB of data in a few hours!

The only map for the park and you need a username and log-in
I understand the environmental benefit of not printing maps for paying guests, but requiring guests to create a username and log-in with an email address and personal details for a simple map application is asinine and ridiculous. Spent way too much time on this terrible application.
