Needs work before it’s worth the money
The game has a lot of potential. The descriptions, incident reports, and multiple game modes are super cool. There’s a lot of neat stuff your character can do like kick doors, throw punches, and yell different types of commands. The main issue, in my opinion, is the controls. The buttons are in very inconvenient locations and with no way to change where they’re at, it makes the game borderline unplayable. Not to mention the graphics are really bad. I understand the body can style they’re going with, that’s not my issue, but any details on the walls is blurry and pixelated, so when a suspect comes out with a pixelated head, it gets lost in a sea of 8 bit pixels. It’s almost impossible to tell what the perpetrators are doing when you can’t see them. And if they do something requiring a response, the controls are very janky and slow. A cool concept but not worth the money.
