This program has been so helpful to me! The coaches are there for any questions you may have. Their guidance is done in a way that does not make you feel guilty when you eat something that is not on the list. This program is not about perfection, it is about making progress! The step by step meal planning has been so helpful to me. I LOVE the color coded foods list used along with the meal planner. It is so easy to follow. Who really has time for weighing everything? The simple Palm, Fist, Thumb rule that I learned gets my meal prep so easy! If you have a day where you need a little more motivation, there is either a live coaching Call/Zoom or you can go back to watch a previously recorded one. Don’t want to go to the Gym for a workout. You can participate in one from your own home each and every day if you would like. They are short, sweet and get the job done quickly!😁 I am a 71 year old Permanent Substitute Teacher in a High School and this program has allowed me the ability to keep up with them. This program would be great for anyone! It does not matter your age, dietary needs or your physical ability. Svelte has something for everyone ❤️

Have tried to purchase a program a few times, keeps saying I already purchased it. Nothing appears in the app. Website and app need a makeover.
