shows promise but very buggy and has many issues
hasn’t worked since august for me. always oops message. 1. asks to unlock features constantly each time I try to anything. 2. cannot write to report issues 3. does not generate cloned voice script (try again) 4. makes an Australian sound like a British Indian. 5. does not display text correctly when using iPad 9th gen 6. does not generate voice when selecting a famous person.

Can’t review what I couldn’t try
I have to leave a star rating and i feel as though zero stars would be appropriate as I haven’t tried the app. The reason I haven’t is despite the App Store description stating there was a 3 day free trial for yearly subscriptions I was unable to find such an option. I was given yearly @ $59.99 a year or $5.99 a week. The discounted year is great at 81% off the usual rate however $59.99 is still far to much to ask someone to pay when the app is untested at least by the person who’s going to pay for it and the reviews aren’t glowing so even with that kind of discount I’m not willing to take the risk more over it doesn’t bode well as far as trust goes that the description includes a 3 day free trial followed by a statement informing potential customer a subscription is required to test every feature so yeah. Throw in they mention lots of different plans to meet everyone’s needs how I was only offered 2 choices. To me that says are app isn’t doing well and we lose potential paying customers at the end of the 3 day trial because they all don’t think what we are offering is worth it’s high cost. So let’s take away the option to have a free trial and then people will choose the 1 week for $5.99 and since it’s a much smaller sum they’ll be less inclined to write the negative review since they aren’t out so much money and we’ll be able to get others to try is mad even if they hate it we’ll still have their $5.99. Not win for them but a win win for us.

Somewhat fixed
We went from three custom voices to one. Some new voices added. No tools for pauses or punctuation. iPad version will not save or forward the creations. Overall nice but still needs work.

Scam
No free trial so I paid for the subscription and found out the hard way that the app does not work.. total scam. Just shows an error code whenever I try to use the app. Contacted customer service and never got a response.. don’t waste your time and money..

Lifetime got canceled
I got the apps with the lifetime promotion, but after the update, they said my account doesn’t have that lifetime promotion anymore without a notification. I love how the app works but if I cant get the lifetime promotion back, it limited the ability

No support - reneg on terms
I purchased lifetime access to the app back in the spring of 2024. It worked once, and then the app spent months of being non-functional. Now, it looks like the app works, but my lifetime access no longer works. Email support has been unresponsive for two weeks and multiple emails. Probably best just to find another text to voice generator. It’s a shame, because when it worked, it did the job quite well.
