Needs Custom Fast
Love this simple app, BUT it should let me fast at least 24 hours (more if I want). Been using it for a year and have slimmed down but I occasionally want to prolong a fast and cannot with this app. Please update/modify to allow 36, 48 and 72 hour fast.

Almost perfect!
Simple, single-function app with zero bloat or a dozen other features that I don't need. UI is snappy and well thought out. One major omission, and the reason for my lack of 5 stars, is the inability to edit the start time of a running timer. Whether I'm out socializing, eating my last bite on the go, or simply don't know if this bite is my LAST bite of the day, we need the ability to start a timer whenever we want and then edit the start time. That way, the timer remains true to whenever that last bite happened. I stopped using the app months ago because of this, came back today hoping the developer improved things, but no luck.

Fashion over function
I really wanted to like this app, it’s so beautiful! Unfortunately it looks better than it works for me personally. This app is like a racer that prematurely celebrates before crossing the finish line: it does such a wonderful job at paring it down to just the essential, but the essential function is where it fails. My two main annoyances are: 1. Fasts can’t be started at any time, unless you remember to start it immediately after you finish eating. When you start a fast you’re only given the option to choose “just now” or times in 5-10 min increments. So if I stopped eating at 6:22 but didn’t start it right then and there, my only options would be something like 6:15, 6:30 (I forget the exact increments, but you get the idea). 2. Hold to start/stop a fast interaction. Unlike every other app I’ve used, where starting/stopping a fast is just a quick tap, in Empty you have to hold the button for a few seconds to start and stop. I don’t understand this design decision. It’s not like this app has other competing buttons or a complicated UI where you might accidentally hit start/stop without meaning to, therefore holding makes more sense so it’s 100% intentional. This app is the exact opposite: it’s so minimal there’s basically nothing else to do but start/stop a fast, therefore holding seems unnecessary and a waste of time. I love that this app has nothing else like articles, tips, recipes, etc. which bloat so many other apps. But function wise I hate this app. I want to come in and quickly tap to start/stop with a precise time. Again, like tripping at the finish line bc they were celebrating and patting themselves on the back. So disappointing!
