Blatantly wrong and deceptive
Transaction History and account balance is often blatantly wrong. Simple subtraction from the balance isn’t right sometimes by as much as $5. Not to mention the running balance is shown as you spend money, like normal, so everything that’s pending comes out of that available balance, but no. The running balance changes with the wind even when no new transactions have been made. It shows a running balance based on what charges you have pending and then seems to charge those pending charges out of said balance. On multiple occasions I’ve had jumps as big as -$400 with zero justification. Even when I do the math from these subtractions the difference isn’t even correct. It’s borderline fraud and completely deceptive. Every time the app dashboard is redone parts of the account history is completely lost. I’d encourage you to ask other people about their experience because I know several others that have the same problems as me. Save yourself the trouble and get an account with Truist.

Issues With Transaction History and Honest Review
I use this app since I essentially have to but I’d like to report some bugs that you can’t report in the app and also tell anyone else about some common issues. So the biggest problem is they have issues having transactions up to date. There is constantly an issue where the account balances are inaccurate and behind when doing transactions externally. For example you have $200 in your account and spend $50 you may see that you have $200 without any pending transactions. This happened to me on multiple occasions days after the transaction. Not only that but sometimes the balances are incorrect where they say you have less money in the account than you do and literally WILL NOT let you use your card or anything. Their back end system seems to be full of inaccuracies and is constantly behind on transaction history’s. The UI isn’t terrible and isn’t great either but I am more disappointed with the app not properly showing my transaction history or an accurate balance. These frustrations have made me consider a new bank but I have yet to do so. Keep this in mind if you use the app. Also they do handle mobile deposits ok and money transfer alright. Both are fully functional. One last note if my issues occur due to server maintenance I totally get it but please just communicate with us on what’s going on. Thanks.
