Global Subscriber Issues
The site constantly does puzzles, suddenly stops showing seats(literally white screen), constantly requires captcha to prove I’m human and, if after all of that I should get a ticket, it kicks you out while paying because 10 minutes are now up because of all the puzzles and proving I’m human.

Too many bugs
It’s been really frustrating to use this app for concert ticket buying. After waiting hours in a queue the screen goes blank or doesn’t load properly when it’s time to purchase. If you CAN purchase, it sometimes leaves you on a blank screen with no confirmation that your payment was successful. It’s too buggy for the traffic they have.
