Be Aware! Scam/Fraudulent Company! Do Not rent out do business with them! Never got the vehicle, they agreed to refund me my money and never did. Fought me and my banks to keep my money and I’ve never been reimbursed or able to get it back!

SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This has been one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had with any rental service ever. I requested a luxury vehicle got to the lot into a BMW, which was smoking so badly. I could not see out the window and had to return the vehicle. At which point I was given a Nissan Marano that broke down on the side of the road and I never had anyone come to help me get back on the road. I waited for nine hours for their roadside assistance to respond or show up nothing! I traded that vehicle out the following day for another vehicle which had mechanical and issues with the wheels and tires at which point I go out to get into the vehicle to return it the next day and their company is here to take it and now I am left with $117 bill plus the company owes me for two days that I did not even use their vehicle due to it being broken down. This company should be put out of business. All their vehicles are outdated and have no use..

Great rental company..They’re very reasonable with the weekly prices,Have maintenance setup with companies like Jiffy Lube and their customer service support is always there to help..Been renting from them for two months

***Warning Stay Away***

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The first car they gave me was a 2018 Malibu with one headlight, the check engine light on, and the tire pressure light on. When I complained, they swapped it out for a 2016 Chevy Cruze, which was just as bad check engine light, tire pressure light, and filthy inside (blonde hair all over the seats and floors). That car ended up stalling on me during an Uber trip while I had a passenger. I had to pay out of pocket for my rider’s Uber so they could finish their trip. The car was later towed. When I went back to swap again, they gave me a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Same issues ,check engine light, tire pressure light plus no working radio and no rear passenger seatbelt. I tried to deal with it because I was hustling on Uber, but things only got worse. While driving, I was pulled over by Atlanta Police four cars pulled up only to be told the car’s registration was suspended and the insurance was invalid. The vehicle was impounded, I received a citation for insurance violation, and I was left with no car. To make it worse, the company has not responded to me about a refund. This business is reckless and dangerous. They put people’s lives and livelihoods at risk by renting out unsafe, unregistered, uninsured vehicles. Do not rent from this company under any circumstances.

Terrible Company

Worst company ever. The cars are beat up and they will not address any concerns you have. They lie and say they will and never do. Don’t waste your money. If I could leave negative stars I would.
