The BEST Experience!
Having limited yoga experience and a brand newbie to hot yoga, I thought I’d stick out like a sore thumb! That was not the case at all!! The trainers are knowledgeable and lovely, guiding you seamlessly through every move and position. Options are always given to align with your abilities. After every class, I feel absolutely exhilarated! On top of all that, the facility is just beautiful and the owners are fantastic!!
