ExxonMobil’s PSMS (Personnel Safety Management System) App is designed to support efforts to reduce or eliminate Fatalities and Life-Altering Injuries by providing useful references to field workers.
Our Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS) is designed to consistently deliver “safety in the moment” by more effectively managing safeguards before and during higher-risk work by:
• Providing useful checks on safeguards that keep people safe during higher risk work.
• Leveraging the latest human performance concepts.
• Driving effective safety engagement between groups.
• Building and validating the safety capability of our workforce.
Reinforcing ExxonMobil’s core value of Care, the PSMS clarifies leadership expectations at every level to teach people how to be safety leaders no matter where they work.
This App provides key references to help field workers achieve the safety objectives and will support our ExxonMobil employees, business partners, and serve the broader industry in our common mission to reduce or eliminate fatalities and life-altering injuries.
