Advertised as Free but only the first 2 days of work outs are free. Then you have to pay.

Positive, sustainable, beginner friendly
I love this app! The workouts are actually manageable for a beginner! (You can choose your level, but unlike other apps, the beginner level is actually sustainable) They push you enough that you feel it later, but not so much that the soreness keeps you from functioning. There’s also no shame or comments if you miss a few days. It’s all very positive and sustainable.
