Identify the negative emotion you are currently feeling or choose a positive one you want to feel from 500+ emotions, 100+ essential oils or 250+ body parts and systems. Then apply the recommended essential oil.

Warning - Not Free as is claims!
I purchased the original app and book and LOVED it for YEARS. The new updated App has only a 1 week free trial then you have to pay a subscription to access anything. Very disappointing as I do not need or want the new extra features. In my opinion they should have kept all the original access for free and then just did the extra new features as the ‘upgrade to subscription’. 😢

Worth It!!
The old Essential Emotions app was great, but this new version is next level. Instead of just book excerpts, it now offers full emotional descriptions of each oil, somatic movement classes, an online coaching course, interactive breakthrough worksheets, and meditations for each oil. The Body Guide and Emotions Guide have been completely revamped and it’s SO MUCH BETTER now! It’s the only tool I need now for emotional processing personally or with a client. This new app is 100% worth it.
