Why even offer the app

I plunge in the morning and there’s no better way to derail your routine than to have this app fail you. Over and over and over. Have had this setup for almost two weeks and more than half the time I’ve woken up to the chiller powered off as it never received the scheduled command. Straight garbage. I’m left with two options - either keep it running 24/7 or return it. Leaning towards return as the cost of this setup will quickly surpass a more premium one with it constantly running.

Horrible - don’t buy!

If they’ll fix things and make it right I’ll take this down but until then I want you to know it has been nothing but a hassle working with these people. They sent me defective parts and then I had to pay to have replacement parts sent out . The app is terrible and doesn’t work either

A Not So Very Good App

Besides the lack of support, the app barely functions. In order to see accurate temperatures, you have to quit the app then restart each and every time. It has an option to tell you how long it will take to heat up…it doesn’t work. Always shows zero hours. It surprisingly has a schedule feature that, you guessed it, doesn’t work as described. I’ve set multiple timers for on and off, they never do anything but frustrate me. Do not recommend. I only have it so I can use the one feature that works, intermittently, and that is to start and stop the chiller without having to manually do I on the chiller. Hands down the most frustrating and poorly designed and supported app that I have possibly ever been required to use. I’m open to provide more feedback if the design team is up for it.

Broken

I’m running the latest version of the app, and the latest iOS. It prompts me to scan for my device (Coldture pro). It finds it, and after a minute says “successfully added” then takes me back to the screen that says “add your device”. Endless loop. So frustrating.

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t even let you set up password. I have to go back and hold the screen so it doesn’t move forward. Finally got it to set up a password. Then wifi. Then what bluetooth allowing screen? This is probably the worst app.
