Frustrating Login Makes a Simple App Unusable
My experience with the Meralco app has been consistently frustrating, forcing me to give it a one-star review. The primary issue is the login process. It is unnecessarily difficult and overly complicated for an app that is supposed to provide simple utility services, like viewing a bill. I understand the need for security, but this isn't a high-security banking app. The current login system creates a terrible user experience, blocking access to basic functions. An app's first job is to be accessible, and this one fails at that first hurdle. Until the login process is streamlined and made more user-friendly, the app remains practically unusable for me.

Piss poor app
Piss poor app… update: after upgrade to iOS 26, this app no longer working. It just gave a blank screen then went back to Home screen. This app was working under iOS 18.6.2. However, in order for me to get this work for the first time (first released), I had to face to face talked with their customer support. It was very annoying and cumbersome. I do not want to go through to that process. In my opinion, this app is not created “customer friendly”.
