The best chicken and fries in Baltimore city. Hands-down.
Come to the store every day to get five wings of fries with the best peach drink ever and ask them to cook it not too hard and it comes out perfect. So now I’m addicted to the chicken and the fries and especially the peach drink. Thanks america’s best wings for your hard work and your cooperation. First order. No food.
I downloaded the app on the promise that prices would be more reasonable. Which is great! Of course if a company has their own app I’d prefer to use that over something like DoorDash or UberEats. I found out after ordering that the delivery is processed through UberEats anyway except now it’s not linked to my account and I have no source for customer service. Anyway, I made my order and was checking the tracking until it was twenty minutes past the time I was supposed to receive my food, and the order was cancelled on Uber’s end. My only customer service option was to call the restaurant. I called and instead of helping me I was told I had to call the manager of the restaurant, which I did. I called and forwarded a screenshot of the order cancelled on Uber’s tracking and he told me the food was picked up. But I didn’t receive anything. Then I was asked if I cancelled the order by accident. What? How could I have cancelled it and the food be picked up? Anyway I have been charged for the order I didn’t receive and I’m not confident there is any fix in sight. I recommend avoiding this app and using a reliable third party option. At least unless my issue is resolved. This free app cost me $27 so far.
