I have had my Nova 4’s for about a year now and I love them. I wanted to use my headphones on my phone but since I use one of the audio presets on the desktop app the sound, to me, was noticeably different. I was happy to see that there is a mobile app for this but there is no option for devices that use a physical connection, only wireless. I’d love if the option for physically connected devices could be added since i’m sure a lot of others have devices with a dongle for their headphones. Headphones are great but app needs more development.

Your dongle for the headset snapped off inside my ps5 and now I can’t play audio anymore, worst headset known to man I’ll never buy another headset from you guys again, and to make it even worse your app is insanely complicated why can’t I just connect my headset like Logitech?
