Basic functionality and it simply doesn’t work

Look, I love smart leads for desktop. They build awesome stuff, so this review is not a reflection on the total company just the iOS app. 90% of the functionality of smart leads is not in the app. Basically it’s just inbox management for lead responses. Problem is they had one job… if you open an email it doesn’t stay read. Adding outcomes or do not contact etc don’t stick and as soon as you refresh or visit on desktop all the emails are still unread. What is the point of an on the go app for mobile if it doesn’t even actually work. I also noticed half the time when replying to an email it doesn’t even send the email. Sometimes it does, but more often than not it doesn’t. Really is a bit of a waste of time sadly.
