Close to being spectacular
This is the app that most people don’t know that they need. When is the last time I called mom? Got a haircut? Changed the wiper blades? It has many options on how you want to track. The one major failure of this app is that no matter what sort order you choose, it won’t automatically resort after you record events. If it did, it’s a five star app.

Great UI, going to be great for household tasks!
This app is super slick in every respect! I’m hoping to use it to track household tasks that need to be done on a cadence, but not a super strict one. It’s so frustrating when other apps lock you into one specific due date for any repeating task. This is much closer to how I intuitively think of chores needing to get done! I can already see relying on this app a ton. The only thing I really wish it had was a way to visually see how bad any given thing’s overdue-ness is. Like, if I could configure for a thing that “30 days overdue is maximum bad for that thing”, and then the “count up” donut could start counting up to that number after it’s finished counting up to the due date. And the overdue donut would be red, or yellow trending to red as it gets higher. That way I could see at a glance which of my chores need to get done and which of them REALLY need to get done or else.

Loving it so far!
“Last Time Apps” like this are niche and hard to find, let alone one that looks good and operates as smoothly as this one. I hope this app takes off! I’m getting ready to port over a bunch of data into LaxtTime. Two things I’d still like to see: (1) An option to show app Home Screen icon badges for overdue items, (2) Ability to select “None” for some slots in the various multi-item widgets.

Caution!
Randomly deleted all the info I was tracking for months! No way to get it back. Horrible.

Everyone Needs This
This app hits EVERY box for me in a tracking app. I’ve stopped using everything else. This is a must-have app for those with ADHD or anyone a little bit forgetful - it’s exactly like “Days Since” and other apps of its kind but the customization is on another level. The multi-platform syncing system means that I can easily update all of my data across my watch, phone and computer. The organization and interface is clean, easy to understand and fun to use. I love being able to see all the metrics laid out in calendar view! I’m also so pleased that they have a lifetime deal option as of 5/2025. I hate app subscriptions and sometimes, it feels like just another thing to keep track of! Thank you for creating something I didn’t even know I needed. Can’t live without it now!

Great for ADHD!
This app is so great for managing tasks for people with ADHD. It can be hard to remember if and when you did something last so it helps to have a log. It’s like a second brain. Can you please make the yearly calendar overview more accurate easily accessible? 🙏 that’s my favorite way to see how I’m doing with my tasks overall but it’s a lot of steps to get there. Some other cool features would be: 1) option to track streaks for habit building 2) syncing to Apple health for water/workouts 3) add other media types to logs (PDFs etc) 4) connect to location so you know WHERE you completed task. 5) card or grid view option for logs Thank you for making this app!!

BEST IN CLASS 🏆
Gorgeous UI Extremely well thought out Unique feature of event custom tags Notifications for activities … after x minutes, hours, days, weeks, months Today’s list of activities and overdue (that can be hidden so no overwhelm) Photo attachments Activity Archive capability Recently released a fantastic Apple Watch app Dream wishes: Multiple Tags for activities (in addition or integrated with Group feature which currently only allows one category for filtering). Useful for different contexts and times of day, etc. Group color in note background color while adding/editing a note. Location tracking. Option to automatically record a location of where activity is completed. Option to hide status bar and “Edit Note” title when adding, opening and editing a note in full screen, for greater clarity and focus when journaling. Global Search filter that quickly finds an activity across all groups. Custom properties/fields to optionally add to an activity, in addition to amount and tag. Wound allow simple database functions for tracking things with multiple variables. I.e. tracking fuel: total price, gallons, cost per gallon, location, etc. Step tracking, integrated with Apple Health. Activity photo gallery. A view that let’s see all photos from an activity in one place, without having to scroll through the note log. Activity description. A space to write some text about the activity for motivation, purpose, goal, with optional photo attachment that pins to the top of the note log. Multi step activities. Ability to add subtasks to an activity for laying out and checking off multi-step processes and routines. I.e., Clean heater vents: turn off electricity for each room, unscrew vent covers, clean cover, clean fan, etc. Selective activity sync for Apple via individual activity or group/tag (don’t necessarily need every activity on Watch — especially if you are logging dozens of them — will make it easier to access what you are joining for) Optionally be able to add a note to an activity on Watch when you complete it. Apple Watch complications for easy access. Bugs: Widgets don’t always work perfectly (ie., sometimes can’t select activity to display in widget, and doesn’t always refresh the time past or count down for a bit. Impressive app and responsive developer. The best simple and clever tracker I’ve ever used to date, after a long and exhaustive search of trying and using dozens of trackers.

BEST APP EVER FOR HABITS!
One of the best advice out there for achieving your goals is tracking your habits. Although the premise of this app to is track when you last did something, I was on the market to track my routines/habits. As an input driven person, this was perfect! I separated my groups based on how I separate my system and this app allows me to keep track and look back on what I’m doing! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to help you be more productive by keeping track of it, it really works!! As a side note, could you work on a way to make reading the data based on tags more friendly? For example, I have a task for showering, with 3 tags (Hair Day, Soap Day, Rinse Day) and would love to have an easier way to see my activity throughout the month based on what tag was attributed to completing that task, rather than it just showcasing I did the shower task overall. Aside from that, love it!!

Exactly what I was looking for
The thought “When is the last time I did ____? I don’t know…” occurred almost daily for me. There’s so many repetitive tasks in life and it’s hard for me to keep track of them all. Thanks to this app, it’s not a concern anymore. Not only can I check the last time I did something, I can set reminders for X days after I did the thing! You can use this app for chores but also creating good habits. The app has a nice design with lots of ways to visualize your activity, and widget to quickly log things you do more frequently. Strongly recommend this app.
