Simulator is thought provoking
The simulator provides an analysis of an AI generated conversation. When engaging, your responses are analyzed to determine tone, empathy and a suggestion on how you might structure your responses to achieve the desired result. Extremely useful, can’t wait for more scenarios!

Helpful as a supervisor
I did several scenarios to help me address some direct staff issues and the suggestions I received help me tremendously! It brought down the anxiety of having to address some difficult situations and the possible backlash, it provided helpful suggestion to stay on task and the matter at hand, and how to avoid combative responses. I will be using this to help me from now on!
