Missing items

Food is decent but expensive. Today I was missing an item from my order and the staff was rude about it. It’s not my fault you guys made the mistake of forgetting my item.

Delivery was a let down

Order took over an hour to arrive and was cold on delivery. Labeling what you call a “medium” pizza as medium is frankly deceptive — what we received were two small pizzas, each priced at $29 or more. This is unacceptable for the cost and the wait. Your app does not allow customers to dispute issues like this, which only adds to the frustration. I am requesting a full refund for this purchase.
