Impossible/ update
I bought this hoping for a good product. But this has been a nightmare. I had it connected once, but couldn’t set it up correctly on the app, then i had to change the internet and it recorded the info ok but would not connect again i reset the light to factory settings , it idid not help then i deleted the app and downloaded again. I upgraded the settings. I send the email to reset password, but never receive a link. Im ready to return it if i cant get help. UPDATE: i finally found a link reset email in my junk box and was able to rest that. But it will not connect no matter what! I made sure location was on and went to check wifi but it shoes no wifi at all for the appliance nor anyway to redo that now. I did the swipe and try to reconnect , I don’t know how many times! I rebooted my phone as well, NOTHING WORKS! At least as far a the app is concerned. Very very dissappointed and frustrated Forget going to app support it just takes you to the ordering site for young living UPDATE: it finally connected after about the 20th try. I then set up routines etc. then the next day went to hit rest routine and they had all disappeared! It shows it connected to blue tooth in my blue tooth file, but not in the app. So i had to connect it again and go through the whole multiple tries again! This is aggravating i guess the only way to really work it good is to do it manually. Update: its been working fine since last update but recently started turning on by itself and not running according to the settings, i cannot set the times on it anymoreto adjust length of time to run or diffise etc the box comes up empty

No matter what I try the Lunamist will not connect to the app! So frustrating!!!
