QUICK AND RELIABLE
Go by Truck is an enjoyable company to do business with. Their app is uncomplicated and simple to use. I can quickly go into the app and upload any documents I need to ( detention, accessorial, etc.) or download my load information instantaneously. When dealing with payments, Go by Truck releases load payments within minutes of receiving PODs. With the easy to use app and quick payment release, Go by Truck helps me run my company more efficiently and that is very important to me as a business owner. The employees and customer service are handled in an organized manner as well. Deseree, Alex, Ricky, Victoria, and Manzi do their jobs exceptionally well. They are all organized and reliable individuals. When ever I have a problem or concern, I can rest assured that there will be someone around to address it 24/7. The communication between my company and Go by Truck is exceptional. As a company owner, I really appreciate being able to call my broker and not have to explain who I am, what company I am from, or what load I am calling in regards to. Customer service is personal and knowledgeable. When working with Go by Truck, I know they are working with me and looking to help me with available work as best as they can. I Stand Behind Go By Truck’s Model
After years of being in the business, this is THE most transparent company around. Everything from negotiating rates, booking loads, and receiving payment are stress and hassle free. If possible, I would only pull loads for Go By Truck! In my opinion, Go By Truck is the future!
