lovely app

amazing, help me get 6 packs in 1,5 years

Not for disabled ppl or people that just started exercising.

App is excellent for healthy people I must say before anything else, but clearly is for someone that is already fit. I downloaded the app as I have a connective tissue disease and Hashimoto’s, which makes exercising very difficult, but my Doctor told me I need to build some muscle. I came in after a couple years of doing nothing and ask the app for basic training and still I’m not able to keep up with the exercises, they’re still very demanding for my body, I spend more time adapting the actual workouts and customising them than doing anything, and even so I can’t finish them most of the time, I’m 130 lbs so is not like by body weight is dragging me, I can imagine if some one heavier tried this app.
