Completely Worthless
Functions as a means to get a policy number but that’s where it stops, and that info is available in the app of your actual carrier. Used chat to try and file a claim and the rep that answered after the AI response nonsense said “I can help you with that” and then immediately said “I can’t take claims online so call this number…” and disconnected the chat.
