Terrible Customer Service
I signed up for the 12 lesson package and signed up for a class. I couldn’t get into the class and the only way to get help is the chatbot. I asked if I could use my iPad to take the classes and was told yes. But it doesn’t work. Then I was told I need to use safari not the app. At this point my class had already started, I switched to safari and when I tried to log into my account I just kept getting a 404 error message. I asked to speak to a real human for help and was told they only have the chat bot or email. I then missed the entire class waiting for a response. I wrote several email and they were of no help at all. I have emailed for a refund and am still waiting for a response. Terrible app. If you can’t take the class on the app what is the point of having an app????

it wouldn’t even let me create an account it just sat there loading in an abyss like another user stated. thought my phone was broken.
