The worst
The company is fantastic at making negative reviews disappear. Nothing works well this app. Every other app easily has its password saved by any program except QGenda.

No Internet Connection
Each time I log in, it never opens my schedule. It always says “no internet connection,” while I have full connection. According to the app store the app is up to date. Very inconvenient for me.

Clunky
1. Requires updates much too frequently. Once an update is available, you can only access the app 3 more times before the update is forced. 2. App has to reload every time you leave the app and come back. So if you’re trying to copy your schedule into another calendar app and switching back and forth between the 2 apps, QGenda reloads every time you switch to it, which takes time. 3. App doesn’t remember your preferred view, regardless of how you set your preferences in the settings. 4. Calendar is nearly impossible to read in the month format. Truncates all but the first 2 letters of the providers name. 5. Exporting to google calendar is a disaster. There’s no way to set what fields are exported so it makes my Google calendar unreasonable. Overall, extremely disappointed with QGenda in general, and with the app specifically.

Horrible service
This app is impossible to use both on iOS and web browser. Very difficult to view scheduled shifts and when colleagues are working. This is the most basic and most important function of the app and it fails at this. Request process is also very difficult and time consuming. Schedule does not update personal calendar consistently. It's very unreliable and poorly designed. Other software products are much better to use. Strongly recommend against using this. Schedulers and employees strongly dislike using this at a large hospital center.
